At ProFruits, every fruit we deliver is carefully sourced, hand-inspected, and packed to perfection. Our mission is simple — to bring Mumbai the finest imported fruits, delivered fresh and exactly as promised.

Still, we know that things can occasionally go wrong. And when they do, we make sure you’re looked after with a fair and transparent resolution.

1. Return Policy (Perishable Items)

Since our fruits are perishable, we cannot accept physical returns once your order has been delivered.

However, if you receive fruits that are damaged, spoiled, or not in ideal condition, we’ll review and resolve it immediately.
To report an issue, please reach out within 12 hours of delivery and share:

• Clear photos of the affected fruits and packaging

2. Replacement Policy (Damaged/Spoiled)

We take pride in keeping our promise of quality. If your order arrives less than perfect, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.

Damaged During Transit:

If handling during delivery caused visible damage to your fruits or packaging, share photos within 12 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Spoiled from Within:

Sometimes a fruit may look fine on the outside but be spoiled inside once cut or ripened. If that happens, let us know within 12 hours of discovering it, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or equivalent value adjustment.

3. Refunds to Original Payment (3–7 Business Days)

In rare cases where a replacement isn’t possible — due to seasonal unavailability, stock limits, or delivery constraints — we’ll process a refund directly to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days once verified and approved.
If direct reversal isn’t possible, we may request your bank details from the same email used for your order to process a secure manual refund.

4. Delivery-Related Exceptions

We deliver across Mumbai through express and same-day options, ensuring your fruits arrive at their freshest.

While we do our best to honor preferred time slots, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. You’ll receive an update as soon as your order is dispatched.

Late Deliveries:

• If a delay occurs due to reasons within our control, you’re eligible for a full refund.

• If the delay is due to factors outside our control — such as incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or rescheduling — refunds do not apply.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We cannot refund orders that fail to reach the recipient due to wrong or incomplete addresses.

Address updates can be made up to 2 business days before dispatch.

Restricted Locations:

We do deliver to hospitals, hotels, and offices; however, if the location restricts delivery access, we cannot issue a refund.

Refused Deliveries:

If a recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the order will be marked complete and no refund will be issued.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders that are packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us before dispatch.
In some cases, we may allow postponement if informed early and operationally feasible.

6. TLDR

Every ProFruits box is packed with care, but as fruits are natural products, slight differences in size, ripeness, or appearance are normal. What matters most to us is that every order meets our high standard of freshness, taste, and presentation.
